Park Hyatt Seoul Hotel

The location of the hotel was perfect for my city trip. It was conveniently located near shopping areas, restaurants, and the subway station was right in front of the hotel entrance. This made it very easy for me to explore the city and get around.

One aspect I disliked was the lack of an eco-friendly option for water in the rooms. Whenever I requested water, they would send up plastic bottles, which I found to be wasteful.

Staff organized transport & dinner, stunning view, great coffee. Good bathroom amenities, easy-to-use blinds, outstanding Italian restaurant. Heated floor! Concierge helpful for non-Korean speakers. Polite staff, fabulous fitness center, pool, and locker room. Perfect location, subway nearby, shopping center across, 2 blocks from Han River. Air conditioned, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, private bathroom. Covieniently located, staff fluent in English, great view. Fancy facilities, an experience!

This hotel was a luxurious and delightful stay. the exclusive amenities fulfilled my every need, from the indoor swimming pool to the health club.

There was one minor issue with the bar/lounge area, as the service was slow, and it seemed as if the staff had little knowledge about the menu. Despite this, the restaurant had an excellent in-room breakfast, and the room advantages were exclusive, with private facilities provided.

The hotel is conveniently located in the bustling Kangnam area, right across from the Coex mall and near the Coex Convention Centre. This makes it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the rooms offer stunning views of the Gangnam intersection and the City Tower near COEX. The bathroom is luxurious, featuring a rain shower, deep tub, and high-end amenities like Aesop products and a Bose Bluetooth speaker. The staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, accommodating guests' requests and even assisting with lost belongings. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, including a Japanese fine dining restaurant in the basement. Guests can enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay at this modern and minimalist hotel.

Some guests mentioned that the bed was on the firm side, which may not be to everyone's liking.

We were really surprised by the birthday surprise we received at Park Hyatt. The complimentary cake and bottle of red wine made our celebration even more special. We also appreciated the personal attention from the Director of F&B, who showed us around the Timber House and gifted us with chocolates and special blend teas. The staff were pretty good too make our stay nice.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore other areas of the city. It is also close to a bus station that offers direct routes to the airport. Additionally, being situated across from Coex mall provides plenty of shopping and dining options.

The size of the swimming pool is quite small, which may be disappointing for those looking to swim and relax.

The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was ideal, right across from Coex mall and close to 3 other malls in this city's Gangnam neighborhood.

We stayed in the King Bed Room with Coex view on the 16th floor. The room was beautiful, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a huge soaking tub. The rain shower was a luxurious touch. The location was perfect, with a metro stop seconds away and great clubs and restaurants nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was very nice, and the Tiber House bar in the basement had delicious food and drinks. The fitness center had great views, and the pool offered a fine view of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing bathrooms and convenient location.

We had an absolutely luxurious stay here! the exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations, , a lavish spa and wellness centre, a pristine indoor pool, and a state. the infinity pool and sun loungers were perfect for a day of relaxation. the Michelin star restaurant offered a gourmet in, room breakfast and a lounge area with spectacular views. the private facilities, including the large and sleek rooms with exclusive amenities, left us feeling pampered and satisfied.

the exceptional service and world, class amenities more than made up for it.
